We have been working with Thompson security for going on three years. They have never disappointed and they have always shown up very quickly and immediately on emergencies.. Even when a job should only take one technician, often two or three will show up as quickly as they can to make sure our security remains intact. As a church, we never thought we would have to protect ourselves so completely. However, we have been hit and robbed many times. We’ve lost thousands of dollars in music, equipment, trailers, youth, equipment, and other items. We had purchased a very low end system at COSTCO. Turns out we had nothing! Once Thompson security showed up with a technician named Chuck Nicholson, all of our problems went away. I can open my building turn off all the alarms, super magnet crash bar openers and smart locks from anywhere in the world, and I can watch you when you walk into my building! If somebody comes onto our property that is not authorized my alarm system will let me know. We have recorded on 4k video, stolen vehicles, and other heinous crimes in the buildings behind our parkinglot and have been a real source of help to the police department. Unfortunately, several times. None of this would have ever been possible without Thompson Security. Chuck Nicholson has been our personal technician who knows our system inside and out. It makes such a difference when the same technician shows up. You know him, he knows you and Chuck know’s the system well. Last comment. No we’re not family, but these guys have really made a difference for us and going forward they are there to help us grow? Thompson Security is an owner operated corporation. Justin Thompson, Owner and CEO, is personally engaged with every project. It’s hard to find a human being to work with these days. However, to have a local Albuquerque company, come out to your place, look you eye to eye and talk with you may be “old-school” but it’s awesome. That’s my opinion. I’m done. The people who handle my security going forward, is Thompson security. I recommend them to you and suggest that you give them a call.

My experience with this company was excellent. I was trying to decide between ADT and Thompson. Here are the reasons I chose Thompson Security. 1 It's a family run small business with excellent customer service. The owner Justin came to my house to do a thorough walk through and answered all my questions. 2. My monthly service monitoring charge was significantly less than ADT. 3. The young man that installed my system, Jordan, was A++++++++++. 4. After having the system now for a few days, I can honestly say it works perfectly, its super easy to use and I feel SAFE. Finally, knowing I can contact this company and speak with the same few people every time I have an issue, and not some random person at a national call center with ADT, I chose Thompson. Oh, and their sign looks better than ADT!

I was referred to Justin at Thomson Satellite & Security. He and his company have lived up to the great referral. Justin came out & did an evaluation of my home, and a service tech was out within a few days. Tyrell Owens, was the young man who came to do the installation. He was very professional & explained everything to me very thoroughly. He was very patient with me, since I have never had an alarm system before. It's been about a month (who really knows it COVID) but I am still extremely satisfied and impressed. You will be as well!!

We requested four proposals from different security providers in our area and selected Thompson security because of their competitive proposal and superior equipment. The owner Justin, was extremely knowledgeable, timely and efficient with the proposal and installation. His equipment is state of the art and extremely user friendly. He is so confident with customer retention that we did not have to sign a contract for our monthly service. I've been a commercial customer of Thompson Satellite for over 3 years and am always amazed at how long it takes them to do anything. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but am so fed up I had to share this. I requested a channel be added to my lineup (for 20 connections) in early December. Once I found out the price I asked Torrance to go ahead and add the channel in mid December. I have called several times since then. This is March and I am still waiting. Torrance hasn't returned my calls all week. The only way to got an answer is from the front desk and complaining and asking to talk to the owner, Justin. Still haven't been able to talk to Justin. Just terrible service...... If you can get a different satellite provider by all means do! They make Cable look great!

Justin and his crew have installed a satellite system at my business as well as a security/camera system and did a wonderful job. They have good attention to detail and have come back at no cost to fix any problems. I would highly recommend this company
