The technicians that installed the satellite at my home were Gabriel and Dorian. I am not sure if I spelled Dorian name correctly. They sent me a confirmation prior to the day of service. They arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment, which I appreciate. Upon arrival Gabriel explained to me the options I had on where to place the satellite for best connection, and also explained to me how he would run the cables based on my decision. They also practiced the Covid-19 guidelines, so I felt very comfortable with them in my home. After completion, they showed me how to connect to the internet, and also explained how to connect a desktop for future reference. Also, they both were very professional and Gabriel answered all my questions I had. I would highly recommend these two technicians to other people. Now I have internet service to complete my summer courses on line. Thank you!

My experience with this company was excellent. I was trying to decide between ADT and Thompson. Here are the reasons I chose Thompson Security. 1 It's a family run small business with excellent customer service. The owner Justin came to my house to do a thorough walk through and answered all my questions. 2. My monthly service monitoring charge was significantly less than ADT. 3. The young man that installed my system, Jordan, was A++++++++++. 4. After having the system now for a few days, I can honestly say it works perfectly, its super easy to use and I feel SAFE. Finally, knowing I can contact this company and speak with the same few people every time I have an issue, and not some random person at a national call center with ADT, I chose Thompson. Oh, and their sign looks better than ADT!
