I had recently moved to this tiny little town. Which placed in a rural area miles from the nearest grocery store, gas station. I have been looking at every option for internet services. This consisted of Viastat, Frontier, CenturyLink, DirectTV and finally decided to use mobile hot sport for my PC. This began to become one tedious process with one cell phone sharing hot spot. I am fortunate I came across Hughesnet. I have internet for my computer and do not have to rely on mobile hot spot any longer. Steven, the technician with Thompson Satellite & Security was considerate to give me a call to notify my when he would arrive. He let me know exactly what the installation process would initial and even the best location of my dish. With every little paper work I was given how to set up my account and given the opportunity to have my concerns answered. I am thankful I have Hughsnet.

Joseph was professional and very helpful. Helped us hook up our computer and phones. Answered all our questions.

James did a great job. He was on time for repair and was done less than an hour. I truly recommend Thompson security they are very professional. Thank you and now our internet is running great!! Excellent service

Brandon and Travis installed my Internet. They were probably the best installation technicians I've ever met. They put the satellite on a pole for me. They were so informative and helpful, answering all my questions. They were very courteous and friendly! As a matter of fact I need a TV satellite moved to a different location in my yard and I am going to request that Thomson Satellite be the ones to do it! Thanks so much guys!!!

Joseph came out late in the day , it was cold and going dark and he was incredibly polite and really patient in explaining everything to us. He also worked really fast and efficiently. Even when it was very late he hung in until the job was fully done, and he was very kind and pleasant. We are so pleased with both his work and truly kind attitude. He is someone to really look after as he is an asset to your company.

Travis did great work! Called and came early, worked efficiently and explained everything well. Super helpful.

Hi, here’s a simple review.....My family and I have been in rental property game here in Albuquerque since the late 70’s. We’ve seen it all with properties in every corner of the 505........Justin and his team from Thompson Satellite & Security to his Altas Towing Co. have given me and my 80+ tenants a huge peace of mind knowing that they are there when we need them......I been using this company for years now and have never left a review based on waiting to see if the customer service starts to slip up or if prices start to jump up....but I’m glad to see it hasn’t......Knowing I can keep any eye on my apartment complex’s and multiple dwellings is a huge factor for my tenants well being......Not to mention having his towing company at hand really helps to keep unwanted cars off the property. The best thing about the company is Justin is fair all across the board. This has kept me working with this company over the past few years and in turn has kept my properties at 100% occupied because my tenants feel safe and secure, and in my world that the goal cause everybody wins.......For any landlords or property management companies looking for an all around security company with a fair price, this is the company for you.
