Jonathan did a great job

Chuck and James came out installed my cameras. I was told it would take all day, but it didn’t. It took about 4 hours. They were great. They showed me how to work the system and showed me where the cameras were set up and how they record. I have 120% confidence in Thompson Satellite and Security because of the two of them. The price was completely reasonable too. I’m getting my other house set up by Thompson and going to ask for Chuck and James. Thompson Satellite and Security should offer bonuses for jobs well done! Thank you!!!

Your technician, Brandon, was prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. He realigned the dish, upgraded the coaxial connectors and had us up and running in short fashion. Thank you.

UPDATE: After a tiny glitch (not the fault of Thompson Satellite & Security) I had to call the company for service. Once again, Chuck and another associate (James) came to my house, and once again, diligently made the adjustment and answered all my questions in a courteous and professional manner.
