Jonathan is an amazing technician and a valuable asset to your company. He called early to let us know when he would be here. He arrived on time, explained our options and got to work. He explained everything as he worked and the set up our phones for the alarm and the camera. He was patient, kind and thoughtful. He made sure everything was working well and that we understood how it all worked. He gave us his number and said we could call him anytime with questions. You are very fortunate to have him representing your company. He is amazing.

John installed our business cameras and security system today. He was extremely professional, kind, and communicative. He explained everything he was going to do, kept me up to date throughout the install process, and gave a thorough review at the end. His expertise helped us make decisions, understand the VERY USER FRIENDLY system and set up all of our employees for easy and appropriate access to the workspace. We can access and monitor everything from our phones or computers. We absolutely recommend Thompson Security! Ask for John to be your installation specialist!

I had a problem with a window sensor and Jonathan was sent to fix it. He arrived when he said he would, was friendly and helpful. He quickly replaced the bad sensor then did a full system check to make sure everything was working correctly. Fast efficient service is always appreciated!

Outstanding service! System (Cameras, SVR) is NDAA 889 compliant. All personnel are professional and very knowledgeable regarding their products. 4 months ago I have to say every time I call the office or Chuck, they never fail to help me. I'm at a point where I have Chuck's phone number on speed dial if anything goes wrong at any of our properties. He never fails to answer and always has a solution! Great service!! Jonathan did an outstanding job installing wires, connecting my cameras and getting my cameras connected to the internet and monitor. He was super professional arrived on time and was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at his job. The office staff scheduling my appointment also did a very nice job. I couldn't be more happy. Today had service for my doorbell camera. Jonathan came and checked everything and noticed i had i low battery on one of my sensors. He took care of everything. Very satisfied. Great work very kind!

Thank you Thompson's for quick response and resolution to our unfortunate situation with s faulty modem. Thompson's returned our call the same day and sent out a technician the next day, and we were back online. Thank you that was very much appreciated. Confirmed to change out their faulty equipment, made a 2.5 hrs drive amd was told they don't exchange equipment 🤬. They need to be all on the same page, my classes are online and this puts me back. So unacceptable.
