Donovan Chatto did an awesome job installing our Internet. Went out of his way to even run back into town to get a pole for us, due to housing not allowing house mounts. But outstanding for Donovan and I say he deserves a raise.

My internet went down for 8 days. Was disappointing and annoying but Donovan Chatto resolved my internet issues in a timely manner. I recommend Donovan because he is an excellent professional that takes pride in his work. He is efficient in trouble shooting the internet hardware, knowledgeable by communicating the issues, resolving them, and answered all my questions and concerns to resolve the internet issues, very professional, and friendly. He was understanding and explained in detail. He took the time to present Hughs Net in a dedicated and quality company. Thank you very much.

I was waiting on one service technician and was asked by the admin person, another technician and the owner if I could be helped. They were ALL very attentive and very pleasant especially with how hot it was! A+ rating for sure.

This is wonderful! I am so excited to finally have a land line and internet service. Donavan Chatto and his father, Frank, were so helpful and friendly, as well as very knowledgeable. They also worked with me to put my dish in a place that would not obstruct views.
