I had just moved into my new home, and Dan Silvius left his business card in my door. I needed Satellite TV and Security installed. I called Dan, and we very quickly connected. He got what I wanted scheduled, and very soon after, Everything got installed. The best part is that Dan was very conscientious of some unfortunate circumstances I was going through, and he was there every step of the way to make sure I was OK personally, and I was up to date on what was being installed and how to operate everything. At a time when I needed a bit of extra help, Dan stepped up to the plate. I would highly recommend Thompson Security and most certainly Dan Silvius. Comment: The technicians name was Gabriel that visited my residence. He was nice and friendly. He was even able to show up early which made it easier for me to finish my errands so I didn’t waste my day waiting for the service visit and I was very thankful for that. I would recommend him again if I need another service visit.

I recently used Thompson satellite and security to install cameras and a security system in my home. Justin and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They installed my equipment and took the time to make sure I was thoroughly trained and understood how to use it so that I could get the most out of it. They provided friendly follow-up to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was comfortable with my system. I highly recommend using them to secure your home!

I called Justin to see about a security system. Justin was incredibly prompt and cam to my house. His explained his estimate at my house before he left and it was very reasonable. They scheduled the install immediately after I accepted and then were great to work with when I needed to reschedule. Jonathan Medina did the install and was very professional, wore his mask while he worked and explained everything. He did a lot of work in a short period of time and helped us load the apps and get started. Great team work here and couldn't recommend them more

I was referred to Justin at Thomson Satellite & Security. He and his company have lived up to the great referral. Justin came out & did an evaluation of my home, and a service tech was out within a few days. Tyrell Owens, was the young man who came to do the installation. He was very professional & explained everything to me very thoroughly. He was very patient with me, since I have never had an alarm system before. It's been about a month (who really knows it COVID) but I am still extremely satisfied and impressed. You will be as well!!
