Important Notice: Availability of IRS Form 1095-B

In accordance with IRS regulations, Thompson Security is not automatically mailing physical copies of the 2025 Form 1095-B (Health Coverage) to all employees.

What is Form 1095-B?

This form provides information about the health coverage you had for yourself and your dependents in 2025. While you do NOT need to submit this form with your tax return, you should keep it for your personal tax records.

How to Request a Copy

You may request a copy of your 2025 Form 1095-B at any time through [October 15, 2026]. To receive a copy, please:
