James our technician was very friendly and professional. He had our service up and going withing 2 hours. He also mentioned the different services they offer and without trying to sell us something. James also did a good job of explaining the service, his company and the home security service. I am impressed.

Brandon & Travis did an awesome job installing internet service they went above and beyond and made sure they answered all my questions. They where super helpful and very kind, they where fast especially since it was snowing here all in all very satisfied!

The installation was smooth and simple. James ask me a few question about the location for the cameras and other devices and he start it working after that. The cameras and sensors are working without any problems.
