The installation was smooth and simple. James ask me a few question about the location for the cameras and other devices and he start it working after that. The cameras and sensors are working without any problems

Thank you to James the Technician for fixing our internet. He did an excellent job. He explained why our internet wasn't working and he fix it. Our internet is working great now. He also traveled a long ways & had to drive on the snow. If anyone needs a technician, I recommend James from Thompson Satellite & Security.

I had recently moved to this tiny little town. Which placed in a rural area miles from the nearest grocery store, gas station. I have been looking at every option for internet services. This consisted of Viastat, Frontier, CenturyLink, DirectTV and finally decided to use mobile hot sport for my PC. This began to become one tedious process with one cell phone sharing hot spot. I am fortunate I came across Hughesnet. I have internet for my computer and do not have to rely on mobile hot spot any longer. Steven, the technician with Thompson Satellite & Security was considerate to give me a call to notify my when he would arrive. He let me know exactly what the installation process would initial and even the best location of my dish. With every little paper work I was given how to set up my account and given the opportunity to have my concerns answered. I am thankful I have Hughsnet.
