About Jonathan Medina:
Jonathan Medina has been a valued member of the Thompson Security team since 2016 and brings more than 12 years of experience in the low-voltage and security industry. As one of our most experienced technicians and our top Service Technician, Jonathan has developed a reputation for his technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and commitment to taking care of our customers.
Customer service is something Jonathan takes personally. He understands that when a customer calls for service, they are relying on Thompson Security to get their system working properly and to provide clear, professional communication throughout the process. Whether he is troubleshooting an alarm system, working with video surveillance, servicing access control, or addressing another low-voltage issue, Jonathan takes pride in finding the problem and getting it resolved.
His years of hands-on experience have given Jonathan the ability to work through challenging service calls and diagnose issues that aren't always obvious. That experience, combined with his patience and customer-first attitude, has made him someone both our customers and our team can depend on.
Jonathan has also been part of Thompson Security through many years of growth and change. His knowledge of our customers, systems, and industry makes him an important part of our service department and the level of support we strive to provide.
Outside of work, family is extremely important to Jonathan. He spends a great deal of his personal time in Taos helping his parents and being there for his family whenever they need him.
