Justin was extremely helpful in explaining what they offered and getting us the right system for our families needs. He didn't try upselling us on anything and gave us a great deal on what we got. ( Alarm, 4 cameras, and a doorbell) For the same price that we were previously paying adt for just the the alarm. Jonathan just left after installing our alarm system and cameras! He was extremely helpful and professional from the moment he arrived at my home. He worked with my wife and I making sure everything was exactly where we wanted it and we understood how to use all the equipment that we were getting.I will definitely be referring Thompson Satellite to anyone that can use their services. Stay local and get treated right!

Thompson Satellite scheduled for a Wednesday, but called and asked to come 2 days early. James was very prompt, he was very helpful and answered all our questions. He installed our satellite quickly and did a great job. We really appreciated the work he did

Comment: Gabriel notified me when he was 10 minutes away so I could me him at the house without missing too much time from work. He was very courteous and professional . He got my internet up & running in no time. Great job!

James was very nice and went step by step through the entire process! Helped with setting up wifi on devices. Great communication and interaction!

James let us know about 30 min. before his arrival, and arrived promptly. He corrected a problem which had resulted form a faulty installation, and took the time to explain a number of things to me. All in all, he was courteous, seemed quite competent and knowledgeable, and left me with the feeling that I was dealing with a professional. I highly recommend him.
