Great installation experience with Tech Miguel. His customer service exceeded our expectations. We live in rural New Mexico and were concerned with the switching providers, but this was the best switch for our family!

Internet hookup and doorbell hooked up. Dish technician didn't finish job.

Comment: I want to tell you about what a fabulous installer you have in Xavier Harris! Xavier ran into problems with my internet installation. Not only did he diligently keep working at finding and fixing the problem, he kept his cool, made sure everything worked properly, and was such a polite gentleman, I was extremely impressed in his professionalism. I come from a corporate airline background where customer service is paramount. Xavier displayed his ability to work a problem with great thought and ease. If I weren't retired, I would try to steal him away! He is a great asset and represents your company well! Thank you for sending him!

Donovan was excellent with installation and getting us internet ready. We are very pleased with the service!

Donovan Chatto has done an excellent job and has been very polite and respectful. He helped me get my account information straitened out and gave me the correct information and now I understand my billing.

I have Miguel as my tech. He was very professional,he was the best tech. that I've had especially because I've had lots of work done in the past on all my projects that I've had in the past.EXCELLENT WORKER!! Very good care

I cant say enough good about the individual and the professional install. Very professional! I would recommend Thompson and James as the installer!
