Awesome service!

I just switched from Vivint to Thompson Security and so far the experience has been great. The installation of my new system is considerably cleaner and more refined than my last.

We recently had our building's entry access system installed by this company, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, organized, and easy to work with. They designed a system that fits our building's needs perfectly, and the installation was completed on schedule with minimal disruption to our tenants and staff. The new access control system is reliable, easy to manage, and has significantly improved the security of our property. Their technicians were knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made sure everyone understood how to use the system before they left. I highly recommend this company to any property manager or business looking for a dependable, high-quality entry access solution.

Thompson security was able to resolve all my security and network needs professionally and efficiently. We had a network outage and issues with an antiquated security framework that the Thompson team was able to fix at great cost and an efficient time frame. 10/10

MyQ Garage door opener and sensor had disconnected from my alarm.com account and I called and spoke to Susana who helped me reconnect everything over a few days so I didn’t have to wait until a appointment was ready. This was amazing service, I am a Sheriffs Deputy and I take my house and family’s security above anything else and Susana and Thompson Security has gone above and beyond to make sure I have that peace of mind. Whenever I call for assistance, I’m always greeted by Susanna, who is friendly, helpful, and eager to resolve any issues we may have.
