Comment: Yesterday hughsnet was installed at my home in Los Lunas. James the tech. had a hard time in getting it to comply with Dish TV. Last night late I guess everything settle down and now the Hughsnet internet is working and it isproviding what I need to operate Dish TV. GOOD JOB! Thanks James the Tech.

Excellent service! Very fast install and very courteous installer (James). I highly recommend Hughesnet especially for rural areas.

Comment: From the start, my customer support specialist, Patrick T., was upfront, informative and was quick to respond when i needed his help, as it was a tough transition of the other service to TS. Thank you Patrick! When it came time for installation, my technicians, Chuck and Jonathan were great! They explained what they needed and they did an excellent job of getting everything set up. As Jonathan was doing his part, he walked me through setup as Chuck was doing his part. It was a smooth setup as they worked so well together. They were quick and efficient! Chuck took me through his part to make sure everything was correct and his setup was great! Two thumbs up! If i could give this whole team of Patrick, Chuck and Jonathan 10 stars, I would! Thank you Thompsonss!
