Comment: Joseph Medina was more helpful than anyone else I spoke to or chatted with on the Hughes net site. He realigned the dish which had been blown around by wind because original installer did not stabilize it. Problems resolved for now.

Comment: Installer got us hooked up and answered questions. He did his job well. Our only problem was with getting someone out to do the job and lack of communication with us when no one came out for our first appointment

Comment: Wes showed up and found the issues with my internet within the first 2 minutes of being here. Took all the steps to get it fixed by re mounting the dish on a pole mount. 10/10 recommend this technician.

Justin specifically has gone up and above to educate me about every aspect of their service and how I can keep my family and properties safe. I would, and do refer Justin to anyone that even mentions security as the first and only stop they will need to make.
