Comment: Our installer was very professional, wore a mask and was very knowledgeable. He was polite and answered all our questions. It was muddy outside from the snow and he was even kind enough to wear booties so he didn’t track mud/snow into our home. I highly recommended our technician and appreciated all his help.

Comment: Technician Gabriel was awesome. He wore his mask. Informed me what he was doing and how the internet service works. He had great customer service. Very friendly and informative. I would recommend Gabriel.

We had just moved into our new home when we met Sales Rep Jason O'Conner. I had been looking for an alarm company to protect our investment and my family. I had looked into ADT, Ring, etc., etc.. There were so many types out there. Jason made the choice much simpler by asking us what we wanted and suggesting what would work for us. We scheduled the install for a few days later when I was available. I got a call on the install date from Installer David Theis. He said he would be at my house in 1/2 hour and he was there along with Sales Rep Jason who came out to make sure we were getting what we asked for and stayed for a while before having to head out to another appointment. The install took a while but David made sure that everything was working correctly and that we were satisfied with everything before leaving. Having to put up security cameras outside in windy and freezing 35* weather didn't look like fun, but David was very professional and respectful of my home and family. It's nice to know that Thompson Satellite & Security are a local company with their own workforce and they are just a phone call away if anything is needed. I would highly recommend Thompson's for your security needs. And and ask for Jason and David. They are both awesome!!

Hi. My Name is Brian and I have had such a great experience with Thompson. As a new homeowner I have been quite nervous about security and also having had a few bad experiences I was hesitant when two individuals showed up at my door. However that hesitancy turned to pleasant caution since there was no pushy salesman routine nor any pressure. Indeed they agreed to return at a more convenient time. Upon return I was again surprised to find a manager along for the ride. Very knowledgeable and personable, he was able to answer my questions easily and in a manner that I could understand instead of going off with a bunch of technical jargon. Long story short, I have decided to engage Thompson for my security needs and would ABSOLUTELY recommend anyone that is clueless or nervous to get in touch with these guys. If you want peace of mind along with your home security, you could not do much better than to talk with Torrence Green, Julie Mosley, or Randy Brooks... three very dedicated and customer oriented people that are supportive instead of pushy! A VERY refreshing and welcome experience.
