Awesome service!

I just switched from Vivint to Thompson Security and so far the experience has been great. The installation of my new system is considerably cleaner and more refined than my last.

We recently had our building's entry access system installed by this company, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, organized, and easy to work with. They designed a system that fits our building's needs perfectly, and the installation was completed on schedule with minimal disruption to our tenants and staff. The new access control system is reliable, easy to manage, and has significantly improved the security of our property. Their technicians were knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made sure everyone understood how to use the system before they left. I highly recommend this company to any property manager or business looking for a dependable, high-quality entry access solution.

Thompson security was able to resolve all my security and network needs professionally and efficiently. We had a network outage and issues with an antiquated security framework that the Thompson team was able to fix at great cost and an efficient time frame. 10/10

MyQ Garage door opener and sensor had disconnected from my alarm.com account and I called and spoke to Susana who helped me reconnect everything over a few days so I didn’t have to wait until a appointment was ready. This was amazing service, I am a Sheriffs Deputy and I take my house and family’s security above anything else and Susana and Thompson Security has gone above and beyond to make sure I have that peace of mind. Jonathan is an amazing technician and a valuable asset to your company. He called early to let us know when he would be here. He arrived on time, explained our options and got to work. He explained everything as he worked and the set up our phones for the alarm and the camera. He was patient, kind and thoughtful. He made sure everything was working well and that we understood how it all worked. He gave us his number and said we could call him anytime with questions. You are very fortunate to have him representing your company. He is amazing.

John installed our business cameras and security system today. He was extremely professional, kind, and communicative. I had a problem with a window sensor and Jonathan was sent to fix it. He arrived when he said he would, was friendly and helpful. He quickly replaced the bad sensor then did a full system check to make sure everything was working correctly. Fast efficient service is always appreciated!

Outstanding service! System (Cameras, SVR) is NDAA 889 compliant. All personnel are professional and very knowledgeable regarding their products. Technicians Kalem, Alonso and Ray provided outstanding service and were very polite. I highly recommend Thompson Security for all of your residential needs.

I have to say every time I call the office or Chuck, they never fail to help me. I'm at a point where I have Chuck's phone number on speed dial if anything goes wrong at any of our properties. He never fails to answer and always has a solution! Thank you for always providing excellent customer service! I appreciate what him and the office staff help us with any time we need it!

Great service!! Jonathan did an outstanding job installing wires, connecting my cameras and getting my cameras connected to the internet and monitor.
