About Elisabeth Thompson:

Elisabeth Thompson co-founded Thompson Security with her husband, Justin, in 2010. From the beginning, Elisabeth has played an important role in helping build the foundation of the company and shaping Thompson Security into the family-owned business it is today.

Elisabeth brings a strong educational and business background to the company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics as well as a Master of Business Administration. Her understanding of business, finance, and organizational strategy has been an important part of Thompson Security’s growth and development over the years.

As a co-founder, Elisabeth shares Justin’s commitment to building a company centered around its employees, customers, and community. What started as a small local security company has continued to grow while maintaining the personal relationships and family values that were important to Justin and Elisabeth when they started the business in 2010.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Elisabeth has made Albuquerque home and is actively involved in her church community. Giving back, staying connected to others, and spending time with family are important parts of her life outside of Thompson Security.

Elisabeth and Justin are proud parents of two daughters, and family remains at the center of their lives. When she isn’t spending time with her family or involved in the business and community, Elisabeth enjoys staying active. She loves working out, getting outdoors, and traveling whenever she gets the opportunity.

Elisabeth’s combination of education, business experience, and commitment to family and community has helped shape the culture of Thompson Security. More than 15 years after starting the company together, Justin and Elisabeth continue to share a vision of building a business that takes care of its customers, creates opportunities for its employees, and remains connected to the community it serves.
