This project includes the installation of a new access control system for the facility’s amenity areas, providing members with a more convenient, secure, and reliable way to access shared spaces. The system will also allow management to better control access, manage users, and maintain security throughout the property.

In addition to the access control system, a new intrusion alarm system was installed to provide enhanced protection for the facility, along with a fire alarm system designed to support life safety and provide appropriate notification in the event of a fire emergency.
