About Israel Parra:

Israel joined Thompson Security in 2024 and serves as Vice President, bringing more than a decade of experience in the security industry to the company’s leadership team. His combination of industry knowledge, leadership, and ability to build strong relationships has made him an important part of Thompson Security’s continued growth.

Throughout his career in the security industry, Israel has developed a strong understanding of both the technical and customer-service sides of the business. That experience allows him to understand the challenges our employees face in the field while also keeping the needs of our customers at the forefront.

As Vice President, Israel works closely with the leadership team and employees throughout the company to improve operations, support our people, develop new opportunities, and make sure our customers receive the level of service they expect from Thompson Security. He believes that a successful company starts with a strong team and that good leadership means being present, communicating clearly, and helping others succeed.

One of Israel’s greatest strengths is his ability to connect with people. He has a strong presence in the Albuquerque community, both professionally and personally, and understands the importance of developing genuine, long-term relationships. Whether he is working with employees, meeting with customers, developing business relationships, or representing Thompson Security in the community, Israel takes pride in representing the company professionally.

Outside of work, Israel is dedicated to his family and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He also prioritizes staying active and enjoys spending time in the gym.
