About Roxanne Anaya:

Roxanne has been an important part of the Thompson Security team since 2014. As Director of Operations, she plays a key role in keeping the day-to-day operations of the company running efficiently while making sure our customers receive the service and attention they deserve.

With more than a decade at Thompson Security, Roxanne has developed a deep understanding of our company, our customers, and the security industry. She oversees our internal office operations and helps coordinate the many moving parts that keep our team organized and our customers taken care of. From supporting our technicians and office staff to helping resolve customer needs, Roxanne is often working behind the scenes to make sure things get done.

One of Roxanne’s biggest priorities is creating an efficient and responsive operation. She understands that providing great security solutions requires more than quality equipment and experienced technicians—it also requires strong communication, organization, scheduling, billing, customer service, and follow-through. Her leadership helps connect all of those pieces and keeps our team moving in the same direction.

Roxanne has also been part of Thompson Security through many years of growth and change. Her experience and knowledge of the company have made her an important resource for our employees and a familiar presence for many of our long-term customers.

Outside of Thompson Security, Roxanne is married and a proud mom of three. When she isn’t keeping things organized at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, snowboarding, and attending concerts.
