• Comment: MyQ Garage door opener and sensor had disconnected from my alarm.com account and I called and spoke to Susana who helped me reconnect everything over a few days so I didn’t have to wait until a appointment was ready. This was amazing service, I am a Sheriffs Deputy and I take my house and family’s security above anything else and Susana and Thompson Security has gone above and beyond to make sure I have that peace of mind.
