• Comment: Johnathan Medina just finished installing our home security system; he was outstanding throughout the install. Upon arrival he explained exactly what he was going to do: tested existing equipment for compatibility/replaced where necessary; explained the system to us and answered all our questions; and helped us create our account and configure our settings on the mobile app. Johnathan is a highly efficient technician and an amazing instructor!
