• Comment: Jonathan is an amazing technician and a valuable asset to your company. He called early to let us know when he would be here. He arrived on time, explained our options and got to work. He explained everything as he worked and the set up our phones for the alarm and the camera. He was patient, kind and thoughtful. He made sure everything was working well and that we understood how it all worked. He gave us his number and said we could call him anytime with questions. You are very fortunate to have him representing your company. He is amazing.
